This wooden shelter is designed specifically for small to medium dogs and includes an integrated front porch. The porch provides a dry area for pets to lounge outside their main sleeping quarters without being directly on the ground. It uses a combination of wood and an iron frame to ensure the unit stays secure.
The weatherproof design makes it a practical choice for winter use, offering a warm interior when the temperature drops. Its compact footprint fits well in smaller yards or on decks, providing a dedicated space for a puppy or a grown small breed. The roof is angled to help water runoff, protecting the wood from rot.
Inside, the space is cozy and shielded from wind, creating a safe environment for rest. The iron frame adds a layer of protection against chewing, which is often a concern with wooden structures. This model works well for owners who want a functional outdoor kennel that also features a decorative porch element.
